Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Rental Business Development Manager located in Sunnybank Hills, QLD. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to grow the rental business, identifying and securing new rental properties, and maintaining relationships with property owners and tenants. Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting business development plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires regular interaction with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
