The Role:
BONDI WASH is growing and looking to hire a
Creative Marketing Strategist
to turn our growth goals into seamless creative campaigns. This is a hybrid role that blends creative thinking with smart marketing strategy - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, campaigns, and performance marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Strategy
- Translate marketing goals (launches, offers, brand moments) into integrated campaigns across email, ads, and socials. - Content Planning
- Build and manage monthly content calendars and campaign timelines aligned with the marketing calendar. - Creative Execution and Oversight
- Develop and brief creative ideas, or bring them to life directly. Review and refine content to ensure it's always on-brand. - Content Repurposing
- Turn one piece of content into many (ad → EDM → IG post). - Campaign Delivery
- Draft email campaigns, plan social posts, and produce ad assets with support from creatives. Ensure everything is delivered on time and ready to launch. - Brand Guardian
- Keep tone of voice, look/feel, and messaging consistent across all touchpoints.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years in marketing, brand, or creative roles (agency or in-house)
- A strong mix of
creative instinct, design-eye and marketing know-how
- you can generate ideas but know how to use marketing tools to make them happen - Hands-on experience with
content planning, campaign management, and content creation - Very strong copywriting and visual communication skills
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads management
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep timelines moving
- Video editing and graphic design skills ideal
- Kind, warm and thoughtful approach always
- Experience in high-end e-commerce brands a strong plus
- An interest in natural ingredients and products

This is not a siloed "posting on socials" role. You'll sit at the centre of campaigns - taking high-level business goals and shaping them into clear and creative ideas, actionable strategies and content that drives results. You'll work closely with our founder/marketing lead and freelancers to make sure the big picture comes to life beautifully and effectively.
The role is ideally based in Sydney in our Paddington office, but applicants from other cities will be considered. Hybrid-ways of working will be considered for the right candidate. You must have full working rights in Australia.
