Brand Strategist

We're building a pool of talented
Brand Strategists
for upcoming opportunities with our clients in the digital, creative, and marketing space.

As a Brand Strategist, you'll be responsible for shaping, evolving, and driving brand strategies that connect with audiences, fuel growth, and differentiate businesses in competitive markets. You'll work closely with creative, digital, and client teams to translate insights into strategic direction and actionable ideas.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing brand strategies and positioning frameworks that align with business objectives.
  • Conducting research into market trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
  • Crafting brand messaging, tone of voice, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborating with creative and digital teams to bring brand strategies to life across campaigns, content, and channels.
  • Presenting strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Measuring and optimising brand performance to ensure long-term impact.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles within agencies or in-house teams.
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, design, digital, media).

Nice to have:

  • Experience across multiple industries (FMCG, tech, retail, B2B, etc.).
  • Exposure to digital-first and social-first brand building.
  • Previous agency experience.
