Trentham Waters Resort is a Palm Springs-inspired resort nestled along the banks of the majestic Murray River at Trentham Cliffs, NSW. As a family-owned business, we take pride in curating an environment where our guests can connect with the pristine beauty of nature whilst enjoying our modern facilities in a relaxed setting. The resort will open in December 2025.

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house operations to deliver a guest experience unlike any other. This is a career-defining role where you will help shape the future of Australia's newest resort.

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for:

  • overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor and bar, while ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability in line with Trentham Water's vision.
  • ensuring customer service, guest experience, venue presentation and product quality levels are always maintained to high standards by all staff.
  • identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in customer service, venue presentation and food & beverage quality.
  • ensuring the company policies and procedures are followed and all documentation is maintained.
  • assisting with front-of-house recruitment, training and inductions, evaluations and performance management.
  • implementing revenue strategies whilst developing and adhering to targets and budgets.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead a dynamic team.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Passion.
