Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Mildura, VIC. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage services. This includes ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction, managing and training staff, controlling costs through effective budgeting, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory. The Food and Beverage Manager will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Experience in staff Training
  • Financial acumen in Budgeting
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Relevant certifications or educational background in hospitality management or a related field
