We're looking for a YouTube expert VA — a creative thinker, storyteller, and strategist who understands how to grow, optimise, and monetise YouTube channels.

If you live and breathe YouTube — trends, analytics, thumbnails, hooks, retention — and you're full of fresh ideas… this role is for you

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Edit and upload engaging videos for our YouTube channel
  • Develop creative video ideas, titles, and thumbnails that attract attention
  • Optimise videos for reach, retention, and monetisation
  • Analyse performance metrics and suggest growth strategies
  • Manage comments, audience engagement, and community building
  • Stay up to date with YouTube trends, algorithms, and SEO best practices

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in YouTube channel growth, editing, and optimisation
  • Confident with tools like Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro
  • Knows how to interpret YouTube Analytics and Studio data
  • Creative and resourceful — you don't just follow trends, you start them
  • Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excellent English communication skills

HOURS

Part-time (10–20 hours/week)
