We are passionate about creating inspiring and helpful content that makes complex visa processes simple and accessible. Our audience is growing fast — across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok — and we're ready to take our content to the next level

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media VA to join our team and help us boost our engagement, reach, and overall brand presence.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, shorts, etc.) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok
  • Write captions that match our friendly, professional, and empowering brand voice
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, and viral formats
  • Skills in Research and Content Strategy to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Repurpose existing content (blogs, webinars, interviews, etc.) into fresh short-form videos
  • Schedule and manage posts consistently across all platforms
  • Suggest creative content ideas to grow and engage our audience — especially on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and tools for analysing content performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or content creation
  • Skilled with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools
  • Excellent English writing skills (grammar, tone, and clarity)
  • Strong eye for design, trends, and storytelling
  • Reliable, proactive, and organized
  • Excited to learn about Australian immigration topics (training and guidance provided)

Bonus Points

  • Experience growing channels on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Instagram Reels
  • Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and engagement algorithms
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Metricool, or Buffer
  • Previous experience with migration agencies

Work Hours & Pay

  • Part-time: ~10–20 hours per week
  • Flexible working hours
  • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
  • Paid directly via Wise

  • A short intro video (1–2 minutes) about yourself
