Who We're Looking For

Someone who is:

You:

  • Know what makes content hit
  • Know how to test, iterate, improve
  • Know why some creators grow and others flatline
  • Are obsessed with story, pacing, retention, emotional beats, and vibe

You know:

Thumbnails are warfare.

Titles are psychology.

Editing is persuasion.

If you get that… you're already our people.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the Uplift YouTube channel like it's your baby
  • Film + produce 4 long-form videos/month
  • Film + produce 30 short-form videos/month
  • Direct editors (if we need more speed, we add more humans)
  • Give feedback without crying (or making others cry)
  • Move fast. Faster than fast. "Already uploaded" fast.
  • Study analytics like you're decoding alien language (CTR, AVD, retention curves, topic mapping, pacing beats)

Basically:

You are the brain + steering wheel of the channel.

Someone who needs creative hand-holding

Someone who wants to "just edit"

Someone who thinks "consistency" means once a week

Anyone slower than TikTok trends move
