Job Brief:

Tradercobb is looking for a SEO Wizard / Growth Hacker 

We are a fast-growing start up in the Cryptocurrency Trading Education space. We are scaling up fast, and have a new, updated site about to launch. Our team also works on a number of other sites. So far all fall under Google's YMYL and News sites. We currently have one experienced SEO on the team and we are looking for someone who can lead an entire SEO team as we scale up. 

So you will need skills to do it all now, but also lead into the future others

Responsible for expertly:
  • Outlining detailed strategies and subsequent action plans to help propel rankings
  • Optimizing Google Analytics & Data Studio data and traffic conversion
  • Working hard and ongoing on white hat inbound link building and interlinking 
  • SERP & SEO ranking climber / improvement expert
  • Setting up and tweaking GA, GTM, GSC, and HotJar or similar heatmap.
  • Reviewing the site for CRO possibilities on a regular basis
  • Keeping keyword analysis updated in a way that the team can easily make use of it for content creation on podcast, video, socials & written format/articles
  • Constantly monitoring old and new competitors and work to outrank them
  • Keeping up with Google's algorithms to always stay on top of our game
Other main Responsibilities:
  • Outline detailed strategies and subsequent action plans to help propel rankings
  • Work with the team to make sure those strategies are being used and constantly referred to.
  • Defining crucial KPI's to make and use a measuring plan
  • Set up custom reports in Data Studio using live data, target reports to the different departments such as marketing and stakeholders.
  • Present progress on a regular basis via video conference
Bonus Qualifiers:
  • Experienced in implementing advanced ecommerce settings in GA, including User ID set up, Multi Funnel Channels etc
  • Experienced in running Google Ads Search, Display, and YouTube ads with good ROAS 
  • Conversion Copywriting skills
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
  • Experienced in doing SEO for News Sites
Skills Required:
  • At least 2 years experience in SEO, if you have less, impress us
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of GA, GTM, GSC and SEO best practices
  • Experienced in setting up A/B testing and optimise accordingly in Optimize or similar software
  • Experienced in performing audits in Lighthouse, Ubersuggest and similar services.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable with giving presentation in video conferences
  • Comfortable with argumenting for your strategies as well as being open minded towards other theories, always relying on test results rather than opinion.
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Ability to work in a team and willing to become a team leader in time
  • Strong time management skills and always being on time, both in deadlines and to meetings
