Administration Officer

Are you an organised, proactive professional with a strong understanding of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and experience in the childcare sector? We're looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team and help ensure our centre runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enrolments, attendance records, and CCS submissions
  • Liaise with families and government agencies regarding CCS and fee structures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
  • Support the Centre Director and educators with administrative tasks
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and general office duties

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in childcare administration is advantagous
  • Solid understanding of CCS processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Experience with childcare software (e.g., Xplor, OWNA, QikKids, we use XAP)
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • A centre that values relationships, quality care, and community

Your curriculum vitae should include details for:

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

ABOUT OUR COLLEGE

King's is an expanding, multi-Campus school that places paramount importance on the development of the whole child, with a particular focus on providing every student the opportunity to develop Christian Leadership skills that will prepare them for their future. The REEDY CREEK CAMPUS (on the southern end of the Gold Coast) has more than 2300 students on-site, from Early Learning through to Year 12. This campus also includes a Trade Training College.

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 1200 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.

King's LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
