We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-driven admin all-rounder to join our close-knit team at Jux Developments — a custom home builder known for quality craftsmanship and a down-to-earth approach.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety in your work, and take pride in keeping everything (and everyone) organised — this role is for you. You'll be working alongside our experienced Office Manager and Colour Consultant, who will provide training and support for this exciting and diverse role.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day office administration for our building projects
  • Assisting the director/project manager and site supervisors with scheduling, documentation, and client communications
  • Preparing HIA contracts, variations, and compliance documentation
  • Quoting new builds and renovations using software
  • Handling supplier and subcontractor quotes and purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate project records and job files
  • Attending site to gain on-the-job construction experience and better understand the build process
  • Managing emails, calls, and client enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Supporting marketing, website updates, and social media accounts when required
  • Creating client mockups and mood boards in Canva to assist with selections and presentations
  • Using AI tools to streamline admin tasks, content creation, and workflow efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in building administration (bonus but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using basic computer systems; experience with Asana or Solo Assist is a bonus but not required — training will be provided
  • A can-do attitude — someone who's just as happy managing a spreadsheet as they are throwing on boots for a site visit
