Operations Coordinator

We're looking for an Administration Support Coordinator who's organised, switched on, and ready to keep our projects running like clockwork.

At Q Power, we power Queensland with precision, pride, and purpose. From council and community projects to large commercial sites, our name stands for reliability, quality, and clear communication.

This role sits at the heart of our business — supporting our project teams, keeping the paperwork tight, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing


• Coordinating project scheduling, documentation, and client communication


• Setting up jobs in Simpro and managing project data


• Supporting project and service managers with reports, compliance, and workflow tracking


• Managing invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier accounts


• Keeping our office organised and running efficiently

About you

You've got a few solid years of admin or project coordination experience under your belt — ideally in construction, electrical, or trades. You're tech-savvy (Simpro and Microsoft 365 are your tools of choice), and you've got that rare mix of calm under pressure and attention to detail.

Most importantly, you're the kind of person who backs the team, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things properly.
