Bookkeeper/Office All-Rounder (PT, 2-3 days)

We are a busy Ag & Earthmoving parts outlet located in Slacks Creek, Queensland. We seek a bookkeeper/office all-rounder to assist with accounts and administration within a small friendly team.

This is a flexible part-time position suited to parents/school drop-offs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Basic Bookkeeping and Banking (cash & cheques)
  • Reconciling daily Eftpos and cash payments
  • Chase overdue accounts via phone and email
  • Answering the office phone and assisting customers
  • Data entry
  • Creating purchase orders and receipting stock to warehouse
  • Office administration to support the Sales team
  • ADHOC duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in bookkeeping and office admin (trades industry experience highly regarded)
  • Experience using XERO or MYOB
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously
