About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team in a part-time role, providing support across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general administration. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants to grow their role and hours over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Support Accounts Payable processes, including invoice entry and payment preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in accounting and business systems.
- Assisting with reporting and month-end tasks.
- Providing general admin support to the Office Manager.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role OR studying an Accounting/Finance degree.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) are essential.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
