About this opportunity

Working in a team of 3, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of the Foundation's twice-yearly grant program, ensuring grants are evaluated accurately and fairly, impact data is captured and analysed, and funders receive professional, timely reporting.

Key performance requirements include:

  • managing end-to-end grant program delivery
  • continuous evaluation and improvement of the grants administration process, tracking and measuring program outcomes
  • coordinating impact reporting with researchers and clinicians
  • supporting clinicians and researchers with external funding submissions
  • liaising with philanthropic funders and grantees, ensuring reporting requirements are met
  • supporting the stewardship of trusts and foundations and identifying funding opportunities
  • ensuring compliance with frameworks and funder requirements

About you

You have exceptional written communication skills, fastidious attention to detail and experience developing reports, proposals and dashboards.

You bring science or healthcare understanding — from study or experience — and use that knowledge to add credibility and insight to grant program management, writing and reporting.

You are highly-organised, data-savvy, and skilled at managing processes.

You value structure, accountability and teamwork; and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it clearly.

You're confident using tools like Asana or Trello to manage deadlines and deliverables.
