Support meaningful programs that help unlock potential.
At Affinity Education Group (AEG), we believe in inspiring and nurturing individuals to reach their full potential. Our Grants Team plays a vital role in supporting professional growth and development across our centres — and we're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrator to help make it all happen.
In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of grant activities, compliance processes, and early childhood teacher development programs.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Education, Talent, and Centre Support to:
- Manage team calendars, meetings, agendas, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of funding applications, approvals, and program activities.
- Support compliance tracking and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for professional development events, scholarships, and grants.
- Assist with data entry, claims management, and filing of sensitive documents.
- Help streamline communication between the Grants Team and key partners.
Your work will contribute directly to our mission of realising the potential in everyone — and help ensure our education programs continue to grow and thrive.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within education or the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems such as ServiceNow.
- A proactive approach, positivity, and team spirit.
- Commitment to professional integrity and child safety.
Why You'll Love Working with Us
When you join AEG, you become part of a values-driven organisation that celebrates connection, professionalism, teamwork, and fun.
Here's what you'll enjoy:
- Flexible work arrangements including one work-from-home day each week.
- Professional development opportunities to help you grow and shine.
- A collaborative, supportive team that values your contribution.
- A workplace that believes in going above and beyond — while keeping things real, balanced, and rewarding.
Our Commitment
Affinity Education Group is dedicated to child safety and wellbeing. We embrace diversity, inclusion, and belonging — creating safe, respectful spaces for all. We take a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.
