About the OpportunityMy client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives over a 10-week period. You will work closely with senior leaders on complex projects where clear documentation, structure, and tangible results are essential.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment and is comfortable dealing with some ambiguity. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality documentation that drives clarity and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track 2–3 major projects, ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain project documentation including project plans, flowcharts, and supporting resources.
  • Use tools such as Asana and Excel to manage tasks, timelines, and reporting.
  • Connect the dots across complex projects and provide updates to senior leaders.

About You

  • 2–3 years' experience in project coordination or project management, preferably with exposure to strategic or large-scale initiatives.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proactive, self-starting, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Asana highly advantageous, alongside strong Excel skills.
  • Relaxed under pressure but results-driven, able to deliver tangible outcomes by year-end.
