About the OpportunityMy client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives over a 10-week period. You will work closely with senior leaders on complex projects where clear documentation, structure, and tangible results are essential.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment and is comfortable dealing with some ambiguity. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality documentation that drives clarity and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track 2–3 major projects, ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop, refine, and maintain project documentation including project plans, flowcharts, and supporting resources.
- Use tools such as Asana and Excel to manage tasks, timelines, and reporting.
- Connect the dots across complex projects and provide updates to senior leaders.
About You
- 2–3 years' experience in project coordination or project management, preferably with exposure to strategic or large-scale initiatives.
- Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proactive, self-starting, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Asana highly advantageous, alongside strong Excel skills.
- Relaxed under pressure but results-driven, able to deliver tangible outcomes by year-end.
