Your Opportunity
Maintaining a professional presentation and approach as a Production Coordinator involves providing support and assistance to the Production department across all facets of the business, ensuring that all administration and support maintain a consistently
high standard.
Responsible for the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of our production process. This begins with placing orders with our suppliers and extends to the delivery of our product across our warehouses. This includes raising Purchase Orders in our system
and ensuring adherence to the KPI expectations of those orders regarding timeliness, completeness, quality, and accuracy, while also meeting the company's DIFOT metrics. Assist and support the Production Team & Management in all business reporting and
management when required.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate creation of purchase orders in Futura by managing your pool of suppliers.
- Lead the end-to-end tracking and management of outstanding orders, ensuring data integrity in the OPO and proactively driving DIFOT performance.
- Strategically manage the Opening Purchase Order (OPO) report process by conducting twice-daily audits to ensure proactive visibility and accurate production planning.
- Manage Futura items for required attribute settings.
- Manage barcode files to guarantee correct pricing and price file execution by country.
- Confirm pack scan accuracy for packed goods and barcode files; follow up with PC to check pack scans promptly and avoid bottlenecks.
- Monitor bulk production and escalate any delays in supplier shipments to the Senior Production Manager as soon as they arise.
- Engage in a wide range of global stakeholder management, including internal Lovisa departments and Lovisa's offshore suppliers.
- Oversee the invoice reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy in handovers while maintaining robust data tracking for financial transparency and reporting.
- Lead the supplier handover process to freight and logistics partners to ensure documentation, compliance, and delivery expectations are met.
- Manage the end-to-end process of retrieving and reporting on supplier non-compliance fines to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the resolution of Fresh store enquiries by ensuring responses in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner and providing hands-on support in the process.

We Are Looking For The Below Skillset And Experience
- Relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Business, Production and/or Quality Control.
- Strong oral & written communication at all levels
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, OneNote & Outlook and to develop skills on Futura
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication in the written process and verbal briefing.
- Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment
- Devoted team player with leadership qualities, demonstrating impeccable administration skills and accountability.
