Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation

Location: Hybrid – Melbourne based role with interstate travel as required.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While the role carries the title of Project Manager, it is best suited to someone who is adaptable, driven, and ready to wear many hats. Training and support will be provided.

The Role

This role goes beyond traditional project management tasks. You'll be managing projects end-to-end while directly engaging with clients, guiding teams, and solving challenges on the ground. At times, you'll also roll up your sleeves for hands-on tasks such as on-site installations, project reporting, and supporting day-to-day operations. It's an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys responsibility, and wants to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites, engage with customers, and provide excellent service
• Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Lead, motivate, and support team members
• Solve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring projects stay on track
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support business operations and objectives
• Perform on-site installations and system setups when required
• Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and project tracking
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive team dynamic
• Travel interstate occasionally for project work
• Identify business opportunities and build lasting client relationships

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys a hands-on, hybrid role and thrives on variety in their work. You will be comfortable managing both people and projects, facing customers directly, and stepping in wherever support is needed.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in project management and customer-facing roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Full Australian working rights and willingness to travel as required

Desirable

• Experience with on-site installations or technical setup
• Industry-relevant background
• Certifications in project management or related fields
