About the Role - Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage façade installation works on-site. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and serving as the main point of contact between the site and project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise façade installation works on-site
  • Coordinate daily activities with builders, subcontractors, and the internal project team
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications
  • Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with company standards
  • Report progress and issues to project team regularly
  • Resolve on-site challenges and support smooth project delivery

About You

  • Proven experience in façade, glazing, curtain wall, or construction site management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and façade systems
  • Ability to coordinate site activities and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing site conditions
