This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the commercial HVAC industry in Australia, excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to provide a high level of customer service. On top of this, you will be supported in an environment with a great team culture.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations. You'll juggle client portfolios, ensure seamless delivery, and guide our dynamic team, all while building fantastic relationships with clients. Here's a peek at your day-to-day:

  • Client and stakeholder liaison
  • Working with the operations and estimating team with quoting small and medium-sized projects
  • Manage and mentor our team of technicians and apprentices
  • Scheduling of works and ordering of materials
  • Working with suppliers and contractors
  • Desire to assist in growing the existing business
  • Working and collaborating with other departments across the business

What You'll Bring

  • HVAC or Refrigeration trade qualification, BPC Licence/Registration
  • ARCTick license, White Card, driver's license, and the ability to get a WWC and police check
  • 5+ years of experience or ready to move off the tools
  • Great communication and people skills: you'll be building relationships, after all
  • Leadership vibes: you know how to inspire, mentor and guide a team.
  • Immediate computer skills
