About the role
As a key member of the team, the Senior Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administration support to the national sales team throughout the entire sales process from initial engagement to final delivery, for our Earthmoving and Material Handling Equipment division. Reporting to the National Sales Coordinator and based at our Erskine Park facility in Sydney's West, the successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who can work independently, be self-motivated and use exceptional organisation skills to maintain and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Preparation of sales documents including quotations and invoices

Administration support to Sales Personnel
-
Coordinate production planning and scheduling with European Factories

Import and Export of machinery including shipping and customs documentation

Report generation and data management
-
Promote the Liebherr brand and the quality and reliability of our products
About you

Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry

Business Administration qualification advantageous but not essential

Experience with import process an advantage but not essential
-
High attention to detail and effective communication skills
-
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and precision

Exceptional customer service skills
