At Greenstone we are always keen to hear from people who have an interest in our customer based roles. Our departments fulfill the following roles:
**OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM**
The Customer Care team's focus is to help customers who are dishonoring payments or requesting to cancel their policies, and work with them to find a suitable solution to help maintain their policies. The team has processes in place to help customers if they are having financial difficulty maintaining payments.
Customer Care also make welcome calls to sales customers, to ensure customers are happy with their policies and answer any questions about their cover.
**OUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM**
Customer feedback can shape and change our products, processes and experiences. They are the driving force behind innovation and business growth. The team use various platforms to receive customer sentiment and utilise the customer's opinions to innovate our products, processes and the experience delivered.
The Customer Experience team monitors and responds to all customer sentiment across various platforms to ensure that where a customer issue arises, the team triage the customer to the relevant department so appropriate action and resolution may occur. The team also collates the customer sentiment received and provides customer centred data to the business and departments to help support change and innovation.
**OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM**
The Customer Support department liaises directly with customers both over the phone and in writing, assisting them with their enquiries and various types of post-sales requests. These requests include, but are not limited to updating personal details, policy details (e.g. sum insured amount and beneficiaries), arranging third party authorities and managing payment options.
**OUR CLAIMS TEAM**
The Claims team administers all life risk insurance claims on behalf of Greenstone's insurers. Claims liaise directly with the insurer for the customer, keeping them up to date with how the assessment of their claim is progressing and the claims decisions made by the insurer. The Claims team explain the outcomes of the claim to the customer and the payment of claims is processed by the Finance team.

Our Sales teams distributes l insurance products via inbound calls and web leads. Products include:
- Funeral Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Income Protection Insurance
- Pet Insurance
- General Insurance
