We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Campbells & Convenience team. In this role, you’ll support the National Account Manager in managing major customer accounts, optimizing sales and profits, and delivering top-notch customer service. **In this Role** - Administer daily inventory reports and resolve inventory service issues - Assist in building customer scorecards and dashboards. - Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders - Oversee and coordinate all customer inquiries related to reports and data. **You’re Likely a Match If*** - 2-3 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Grocery or Convenience. - Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel skills is a MUST have. - A customer-centric focus with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
