Pay: AU$30.00– AU$34.74 per hour

Are you an energetic, people-focused professional who loves creating a warm and welcoming first impression? At Tweak Health Physio, we are looking for a Medical Receptionist to become the friendly face of our clinic and support our clients on their wellness journey.

Availability

Morning shifts through to evenings (clinic open until 7 PM).

We have up to 2 positions available with a 6-month probation period and a 12-month contract thereafter.


Your Role

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:

  • Opening and closing the clinic following procedures.
  • Greeting patients with professionalism, warmth, and care.
  • Managing bookings and patient enquiries.
  • Processing payments (EFTPOS, Medicare, Workcover, Private Health Funds).
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Supporting clinicians and keeping reception/waiting areas welcoming and tidy.
  • Managing internal emails and general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For
  • Bubbly personality & "can-do" attitude – you'll thrive in a busy, team-based environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills – able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role (Halaxy knowledge is a bonus, but not essential).
  • MS Office proficiency preferred.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and quality patient care.
