Medical Receptionist Casual position - Pavilions medical & skin centre Palm Beach
Pavilions medical & skin centre is conveniently located in The Pavilions shopping centre Palm Beach, with ample parking and easy access to public transport. The medical centre was established in 2021 and has been providing medical care to the local community.
We are looking for a Casual medical receptionist to work in a friendly small sized GP clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail with a strong focus on customer service, able to multitask and good time management skills. Must have medical receptionist/health administration experience. Best Practice software experience preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
Efficiently manage a high volume of phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
Ensure accurate and timely patient registration and data entry
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold privacy standards
Coordinate and schedule appointments
