Overview

We are seeking a Fresher/Junior Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a busy GP Clinic in Robina, which includes 5 Doctors, 1 Nurse, and onsite pathology. This position is well-suited for candidates with strong communication skills who are looking to begin or build their career as a Medical Receptionist.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
  • Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
  • Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role
Mandatory Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, courteous phone manner
  • Compassionate and caring in nature
  • Able to work from 7 AM – 2 PM
  • A willingness to learn and display initiative
  • Time management, Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use of Medical Directory software)
