Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
- Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
- Operate our booking system efficiently.
- Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
- Adaptability to various databases and systems.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
