The CompanyConveniently located in the heart of Western Sydney, our client is a globally recognised organisation that takes pride in delivering a wide range of high-quality services. They are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join their Accounts Receivable team on an initial temporary basis, with the view to transition to a permanent role in the new year. While previous experience of around two years is ideal, what matters most is a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

Position SummaryReporting to the Credit Manager your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:

  • Check and gather all the invoices & supporting documentation for an assigned group of national key accounts
  • Uploaded the documents to the customers portal
  • Check accuracy, and get all errors corrected by branch admins
  • Ensure that their key customers have everything they need to pay their invoices on time.
  • Follow up on any unpaid/overdue invoices
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with their key customer accounts, as well as internal stakeholders who manage the face to face interactions with the customer
  • Any other ad-hoc items as directed

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must as you will be working within a team.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure and organize work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the company.
  • 1-2 years experience in an accounting/admin environment
