**About the Role**

Stowe Australia are seeking a highly motivated Individual to join our team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects in the service division in Sydney.

This role is a permanent part time position requiring you to work in the office 3 days per week.

Our Sydney Service team undertake the electrical services on Medium to Large Scale Projects and as such require a small but dedicated team to provide administrative support to the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organising employee training
- Data entry
- Performing accounts and invoicing functions
- Ordering & taking stock of Staff Uniform
- General administrative support and office duties

**Quality & Skills Required**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Previous experience in an admin support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent Communication Skills
- An intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work Independently and as part of a Team
- Reliable and Punctual Attendance
- Contribution to Achieve Desired Outcomes and a Positive Work Culture
- An outgoing and Positive Attitude
- A Willingness to Learn and Make the Role Your Own
