Position SummaryThe Sr. Analyst role is crucial for driving the success of our projects in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.With a focus on Requirements Gathering, BPC – Business Planning & Consolidation the candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless ServiceNow project execution.This role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge to deliver impactful solutions.Mandatory SkillsAbility to provide business insight and consult clients in a complex and cross functional environment, preferably in ServiceNow tools and productsProficiency in gathering and documenting functional and non-functional business requirementsStrong stakeholder engagement and ability to bridge the gap between technical terms and business users.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (writing epics, user stories, sprint planning, UAT coordination)Strong documentation skills – Business and Functional requirement documents, test scripts and training material.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow technical team to gather, analyze and document requirementsTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow solutions.Perform gap analysis between existing processes and ServiceNow functionality to recommend improvements.Develop and maintain documentation (including BRD's, process flows, user guides to name a few)Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing, defect management, and ensure solutions meet business needs.Work closely with project managers to support end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline and risk management.Salary Range: >$100,000Date of Posting:17/ September /2025Next Steps:If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you Please apply directly with us.For a complete list of open opportunities with Cognizant, visit Cognizant is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunities.
