Position Summary

  • The Sr. Analyst role is crucial for driving the success of our projects in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.

With a focus on Requirements Gathering, BPC – Business Planning & Consolidation the candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless ServiceNow project execution.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge to deliver impactful solutions.

Mandatory Skills

  • Ability to provide business insight and consult clients in a complex and cross functional environment, preferably in ServiceNow tools and products
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to bridge the gap between technical terms and business users.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (writing epics, user stories, sprint planning, UAT coordination)
  • Strong documentation skills – Business and Functional requirement documents, test scripts and training material.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow technical team to gather, analyze and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis between existing processes and ServiceNow functionality to recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation (including BRD's, process flows, user guides to name a few)
  • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing, defect management, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Work closely with project managers to support end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline and risk management.
