The Roles

We're partnering with a large, complex organisation undergoing enterprise-wide transformation. They're building out their Business Process capability and looking for experienced professionals to help design, govern, and optimise processes across multiple divisions.

Three senior roles are available - each driving consistency, assurance, and measurable improvement across the business.

Opportunities

1. Lead Business Process Analyst - Enterprise

Own and mature all business processes, team, frameworks, and guidelines across the organisation. Lead enterprise-wide process improvement and governance, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams.

Focus:

  • Establish and maintain enterprise process frameworks
  • Drive process efficiency and standardisation
  • Engage senior stakeholders to embed process excellence

2. Process Analyst – Governance & Assurance

12-month FTC (potential to go perm) | Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt required

Oversee governance and assurance of enterprise processes. Support the rollout of a new enterprise process mapping tool and embed best-practice process controls.

Focus:

  • Manage process governance frameworks
  • Drive assurance and compliance activities
  • Support enterprise tool implementation

3. Process Analyst – Standards & Procedures

12-month FTC (potential to go perm) | Management consulting background ideal (e.g. big 4, BCG, ex-McKinsey)

Lead initiatives to identify process improvement opportunities and define the scope of work across business units. Partner with leadership to drive operational efficiency.

Focus:

  • Analyse and document process standards
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Scope transformation initiatives
