By this stage, you’ll be skilled in using PEM’s approach to framing problems, overseeing complex analyses, generating insights, developing solutions, producing zero-defect materials, and building enduring relationships.

This role requires collaborating with clients across various industries to identify their needs, analyzing data, and developing actionable recommendations that drive positive change.

**Work Location: Riyadh, KSA**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior consultants and project leads on client engagements.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and identify key issues and opportunities for clients.
- Develop and present clear, concise, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist with project management tasks, including timelines and budgets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices relevant to consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Min 3 years of consulting experience, or relevant industry experience.[BE1]
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
- A desire to learn and grow within the consulting field.
- A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker.
- Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask.
