**About the Company**:
Our client is a leading Consumer Goods business and their business covers Consumers and Retail Points of Sale, with a balanced presence in both high-growth emerging markets and developed markets. They have approximately 1000+ staff across Australia and Asia.

**About the role**:
The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for developing the initial Discovery Phase and Action Plan. In this role, you will identify and implement process improvements related to logistics processes, products, and customer success with Supply Chain and other relevant cross functional stakeholders.

Additionally, there will be an Agile project delivery piece required once the discovery and action plan phases are completed after the first 3 months.

**About you**:

- 5-7+ years of Business Process Consulting experience performing business process analysis, process mapping, documentation and integration processes across Logistics functions.
- Logistics SME experience/background is mandatory, ideally having worked in large complex SAP Logistics environments.
- Proven experience communicating with key stakeholders at various levels of authority, including running stakeholder workshops from 1-on-1 to small-large groups.
- Agile Project Management skills/experience will be highly beneficial for the project delivery piece.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to small-large groups.
- Experienced working in matrix organisations, preferably across the FMCG industry.
- Qualified with either CBPA® (Certified Business Process Associate) or CBPP® (Certified Business Process Professional) or similar will be highly advantageous.
