The Royal Agricultural Society of WA (RASWA) is a not-for-profit member organisation with a proud 190-year history of celebrating and promoting Western Australian agriculture, community, and excellence. From delivering the Perth Royal Show and managing Claremont Showground to supporting education and industry through events and scholarships, RASWA plays a vital role in connecting people to agriculture and community spirit.

We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This hands-on role supports the delivery of marketing activity across all RASWA brands and programs, including the Perth Royal Show, Perth Royal Food Awards, and Claremont Showground events.

You'll create, coordinate, and deliver campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, with a strong focus on creative social media execution that engages varied audiences. From crafting content and managing posts to coordinating advertising and reporting on performance, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life and building community connection.

About You

You're a creative, proactive marketer who loves turning ideas into engaging content. You're confident managing multiple projects, collaborating with a small, dedicated team, and producing high-quality work across multiple channels. You have solid experience in digital marketing and social media management and are ready to take the next step in your career within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or digital marketing, with strong social media management skills
  • Proven ability to create, plan, and deliver campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Experience with digital tools such as WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and eDM or advertising platforms
  • A creative eye for content and a genuine passion for audience engagement
