This role brings together creative flair, a passion for content and a strong understanding of using social media channels to grow audiences and drive sales.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role and you'll be responsible for creating and curating engaging content across our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and e-commerce website. You'll also collaborate with influencers and content creators to find the right people to build our community and provide a variety of content.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and co-ordinate the social media content calender.
  • Strategise and plan creative concepts with the team, then get to work to execute on them.
  • Engage with and brief external content providers to curate compelling content that resonates and helps to grow our audience.
  • Create, film and produce compelling, engaging and unique content.
  • Organise models/spokes people and mini shoots to get the content you need.
  • Grow the social media channels, increase engagement and conversions.

    Manage influencers and UGC creators.
  • Create and upload content for the e-commerce site ensuring continuity across the social media channels and product pages - keep website and product pages looking fresh with content that helps convert. Ensure when campaigns are running the content is streamlined across all channels.
  • Be constantly looking for new ways to demonstrate the product benefits and how to use them and be ready to get your hands on the tools to create the content that can do this.
  • Work in alignment with our paid social media specialists and interpret and execute on their strategic content briefs.

Who

To be suited to this role you will enjoy making videos and reels, taking photos and editing content for Websites, Instagram and TikTok. The idea of organising people for mini shoots in out-of-office locations, filming events and instore, and dreaming up different ways to shoot products is very appealing to you. Content is an integral part of our business, and we are in constant need of new, engaging and inspiring content. You will get the chance to flex your naturally creative and curious mind.

An interest in staying up to date with social media trends and consumer behaviour is essential but we also want an innovative thinker who is not afraid to think outside the box. An understanding of e-commerce and a willingness to stay up-to-date with trends is required. Knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop is ideal, knowledge of Instagram reels, stories and posts and TikTok reels is a must. Experience with managing and editing websites and/or e-commerce stores is highly regarded, but so is a willingness to learn our Shopify store.

We are ready to start this role now and are happy to discuss starting dates and salary will be discussed based on experience. This role is based in Claremont. Flexible hours - we are happy to discuss a part-time or full-time position for the right candidate.
