Store Stylist

Jac + Jack is an established Australian luxury clothing company known for creating effortless modern designs of considered simplicity.

We have an existing opportunity for an experienced retail specialist to join our beautiful store in Claremont. As a Jac + Jack Store Stylist, you will support in driving sales by providing excellent customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, providing product education, styling and wardrobing advice.
• Ensuring product displayed in store is in line with the company's visual merchandising standards as set out in line with Jac + Jack guidelines.
• Ensure all new Jac + Jack customers are invited to join the database.
• Ability to respond to customer queries in a professional, polite and timely manner.
• Ability to effectively balance customer service with administrative duties.
• Confident and proficient use of POS systems, ensuring accurate completion of all Jac + Jack transactions.
• Understanding of weekly and monthly sales targets and business KPIs.
• Provide anecdotal weekly trade feedback to management team.
• Ability to accurately follow all stock receiving procedures with new deliveries and ensure timely display of product.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Both week and weekend availability essential.
• Proficiency with Apparel21 is a plus.
