Casual Sales Consultant – Ricarda Claremont

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional with a genuine passion for designer labels and contemporary fashion. As a Permanent Casual Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and representing our carefully selected collections with confidence and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and naturally aligned with Ricarda's commitment to quality and style.

Essential Requirements

  • 2–3 years of customer service or retail experience
  • Competency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, etc.) and basic POS systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse client base
  • Adaptability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Capacity to build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships
  • Available to work weekdays

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Instagram and social media content creation or engagement
  • Interest in styling, visual merchandising, or brand presentation
  • Familiarity with Retail Express

This is a casual position located in Claremont, Western Australia. Hours can be negotiated for weekdays and weekend work.
