Property Leasing & Inspections Specialist

What the role involves
  • Managing leasing processes from start to finish: marketing properties, conducting viewings, screening applications, preparing and executing lease agreements.
  • Conducting property inspections — routine, vacate and maintenance inspections — delivering clear reports and following up to ensure outcomes.
  • Building relationships with tenants, property owners and service providers; acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Ensuring all leasing and inspection activities reflect our commitment to integrity: accurate records, transparent communication, and ethical conduct.
  • Supporting our community-focused growth: as we expand, you'll be part of helping shape how we deliver in new areas and build new relationships.
  • Working closely with our team to drive continuous improvement, support expansion strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
