As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate
Executive Assistant
to provide day to day support to 1 Director. You will focus on being a general helping hand for personal and business commitments and be an individual that loves to get the job done in a fast paced environment. You will have strong organisational & problem solving skills and posses a proactive, can-do attitude.

What you will do

  • Calendar management for personal and business commitments & provide daily reminders.
  • Inbox management including screening internal and external requests of the Director, highlighting issues for attention and responding at the Director's request.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and departments.
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Document and report preparation.
  • Book domestic and international travel.
  • Running errands as required.
  • Assist and execute company and personal events.
  • Expense management.
  • Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5pm.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in a similar personal assistant or office management role.
  • Flexibility and strong time management skills.
  • Reliability, highly organised and trustworthy.
  • Demonstrated initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have an energetic & can-do attitude and be a positive role model to the children.
  • Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Have full rights to work in Australia (no working holiday visa holders or sponsorships).
  • Full NSW driver license with good track record.
  • WWCC and Police check.
