**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based at our office/warehouse in Marrickville, the full-time Admin Assistant will report to our Head of Operations who has over 15 years experience in business operations and will also provide assistance to key senior members of our team, particularly with their computer admin tasks.

We are looking for someone who is bright, friendly and passionate about doing things well. You will be excited by the opportunity to work for a contemporary Australian fashion brand, where you will be supported by, and learn directly from, our very experienced team members.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong admin skills, wanting to work in the exciting fashion industry and play a valued and varied role as part of a team.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Data entry into our ERP system (Apparel Magic) with details of our raw materials and garments
- Data entry into our retail partners systems about our garments. e.g. Neiman Marcus
- Liaising with our retail partners like Iconic & FarFetch including shipping garment samples for shoots and data entry into our shared systems
- Managing and keeping track of our garment samples
- Renaming our still and video images
- Data entry into our Shopify ecommerce system
- Pulling reports from our Shopify and ERP systems
- Assisting with the creation of invoices for our wholesale customers
- Assisting our customer service team in busy periods
- Assisting our logistics team with picking and packing wholesale orders

Skills & Experience
- Enjoy working on the computer including Excel, Gsheets and online systems
- Interested in fashion and working for a fast-paced business
- Positive attitude with great inter-personal communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar roles
- Would suit someone who enjoys varied responsibilities and working in a fast-paced environment
