Digital Marketing Executive

We are on the hunt for a digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join the growing marketing team at Hawke's Brewing.

This full-time role is based at our Brewery HQ in Marrickville, NSW, and plays a crucial role in driving digital growth across our wholesale, DTC and hospitality businesses.

We're a lean, fast-moving team - so we're looking for someone who thrives wearing multiple digital hats. You will need to be confident managing everything from paid ads to EDM automation, influencer campaigns, e-commerce optimisation, content planning and performance. If you love variety, autonomy, and making a tangible impact, you'll fit right in. This is a fast-paced role that offers great exposure to both wholesale and hospitality businesses - a hands-on opportunity for career development through exposure to all areas of marketing and business building.

What you'll be doing

• Own the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, search and email, with a strong focus on performance and brand impact
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, including automations, segmentation and performance reporting
• Manage the Hawke's e-commerce platform (Shopify) and DTC sales channel, ensuring optimal UX, SEO and promotional execution
• Analyse digital performance, customer behaviour and campaign impact to drive ongoing growth
• Lead the creation of social media content calendars and oversee content performance
• Work closely with sales and brand teams to align marketing activations with wider business goals
• Support sponsorships, brand partnerships and event activations (some weekend work required)
• Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver effective paid media, content and creative campaigns
• Monitor and manage Google Reviews and feedback where necessary
• Ad-hoc marketing requests where required

What we're looking for

• A few years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally agency-side or within FMCG
• Proven hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Klaviyo (or similar email platforms)
• Strong reporting and analytical skills – you're comfortable connecting marketing activity with sales growth
• E-commerce experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• A true generalist mindset - you've worked across multiple digital functions and aren't afraid to jump between channels, platforms and tools as needed
• Comfortable operating in a small team where autonomy, accountability and flexibility are key
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
• Passion for consumer insights and brand storytelling
• Experience in FMCG will be highly regarded
