About the Role

We're on the hunt for a smart, capable and energetic assistant to join our touring team at Jungle Merchandise. This is an entry-level, office based role for someone who's eager to learn and ready to roll up their sleeves. You'll be supporting the crew that takes artist merch from warehouse to stage, keeping the moving parts tight so the tours run smooth.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping the tour team with day-to-day admin tasks
• Booking sellers and reps for shows
• Contacting venues and confirming details for delivery and pickup
• Assisting with artwork and asset coordination
• General admin support, scheduling, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Positive energy, initiative, and a willingness to dive in
• Interest in music, live shows, and the touring world
• Comfortable with basic office tools (Google Suite, email, spreadsheets)
