As Billini enters an exciting period of global growth, we are looking for a experienced and passionate receptionist to join our supportive and collaborative team. This role based at our head office in Marrickville, Sydney and you will report to the Executive assistant.

**What you will do**
- Answering incoming calls, assisting customers with their enquires and diverting calls
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Incoming and outgoing mailbox management
- Answering doorbell on the first ring
- Ensuring incoming and outgoing mail is efficiently distributed
- Maintain a professional and well-organised office environment through high standards of general maintenance and cleanliness
- Booking meeting rooms and order catering when required
- Ordering stationery, office and grocery supplies
- Processing all staff purchases and refund/exchanges
- Assisting with company events and team bonding activities
- Providing administrative support other team members.

**About you**
- 1+ year experience in a similar role - preferred, not essential
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A friendly and can-do attitude
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work within a team environment.
