  • Human-AI Workflow Development - This involves creating clear guidelines and protocols for how human employees and AI agents will collaborate, work together, and share responsibilities within the network growth team.
  • Ethical Deployment and Compliance - Ensuring that AI tools and agent systems are deployed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all relevant labor laws and organisational policies is a critical responsibility.
  • Strategic ownership of network growth planning (geography, segment, and capability expansion).
  • End-to-end accountability for the recruitment function (from talent attraction to onboarding).
  • Continuous improvement of candidate experience, leveraging AI for personalisation at scale.
  • Strategic Integration of AI - you will develop and implement strategies for AI-powered human resources, ensuring that the technology supports and enhances the delivery of strategic and people-focused services.
  • Build and oversee the development of AI agents supporting sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, analytics, and candidate engagement.
  • Partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure network growth aligns with group strategy.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in distribution, recruitment, or network growth leadership roles.
  • Proven capability in scaling recruitment or business development functions.
  • Experience working in tech-driven or AI-augmented environments; ideally with exposure to product thinking or systems-led delivery.
  • Knowledge and experience in franchisee network distribution.
  • Strong track record in people leadership and change management.
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage, finance, or professional services distribution ecosystem.
  • Comfort with designing or working alongside automated workflows and AI-powered tools.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A growth mindset, with bias for innovation, measurable outcomes, and iteration.
