About the Role:
As the Head Bartender, you'll be instrumental in shaping the cocktail program of our high-end Sydney bar, curating a menu that reflects innovation, sophistication, and a deep understanding of high mixology. Your leadership and expertise will extend beyond creating exceptional cocktails to encompass strategic pricing, cost management, staff supervision, and supplier relations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing a captivating cocktail menu, showcasing your creativity, expertise, and understanding of market trends and guest preferences.
  • Pricing cocktails strategically to ensure a competitive yet profitable menu, while effectively managing the cost of sales to meet the venue's targeted profitability.
  • Conducting regular stock takes and implementing efficient inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
