About the role
We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to architect and lead our growth engine. You'll inherit a proven SEO and content engine that already drives meaningful acquisition and awareness - your role is to scale it further while orchestrating performance marketing, CRO, lifecycle, and product-led growth.
Right now, Lawpath's growth team is built around high-quality contractors across paid media, content, lifecycle, and creative. You'll shape this into a multidisciplinary, high-performing growth team — setting the strategy, building capability, and hiring key full-time specialists as we scale.
This is not a maintenance role. You'll be expected to think boldly, move fast, and implement world-class growth strategies across channels and product.
What You'll Do
- Own Growth Strategy:
Lead a holistic growth strategy across performance marketing, SEO, CRO, content, lifecycle, and product-led growth. - Performance Marketing:
Scale acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels — optimising for CAC, LTV, and ROI. - SEO & Content Expansion:
Build on our existing SEO and content foundation, turning it into a compounding engine for brand authority and demand capture. - Product-Led Growth:
Collaborate with product and data teams to identify growth loops, improve activation, and optimise conversion funnels. - Experimentation Culture:
Run rigorous test-and-learn frameworks across creative, targeting, media mix, and user journeys. - CRO Leadership
: Build and execute a conversion optimisation program across web and product experiences to unlock incremental revenue. - Team Evolution:
Lead and develop a team of high-quality contractors, with a mandate to grow into a multidisciplinary, in-house growth team. - Budget Ownership:
Manage growth budgets, forecasts, and reporting with a focus on efficiency and scalability. - Attribution & Analytics:
Own attribution strategy and incrementality frameworks to ensure decisions are grounded in data. - Cross-Functional Partnership:
Work with Product, Sales, CX, and Partnerships to ensure growth is aligned with company priorities and customer needs.
About You
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS or high-growth digital businesses.
- Strong background in performance marketing and funnel optimisation, with hands-on experience in CAC, LTV, ROI modelling.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, CRO, and content marketing — you know how to take a working engine and make it compound.
- Leadership experience growing and managing hybrid teams (contractors + full-time hires).
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with attribution, experimentation, and performance reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-paced, resourceful, and ambitious environments.
