About the Role

The Language of the Soul is a growing global community dedicated to the inner transformation of individuals and the collective. Rooted in the teachings and facilitation of Tiziano Sguerso, this work reaches thousands across continents through workshops, private sessions, and the online Systemic Library.

We are seeking an experienced, heart-driven Head of Strategic Growth & Systems to partner with Tiziano in leading this organisation into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with emotional intelligence, guiding the operational, financial, and visionary direction of the organisation while safeguarding its soul-centred mission.

This is not a traditional corporate role — it is an opportunity to steward a movement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Translate Tiziano's vision into actionable, sustainable strategies that support growth, integrity, and accessibility of his work worldwide.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimise daily operations — including event planning, finance, marketing, and technology systems — ensuring a cohesive and efficient global structure.
  • Team Development: Lead and empower a distributed team of dedicated professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and alignment with the organisation's core values.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to ensure sustainable expansion while upholding transparency and ethical standards.
  • Partnership & Outreach: Build relationships with hosts, collaborators, sponsors, and partners across regions to extend the reach of Tiziano's work.
  • Digital Expansion: Oversee the growth of the Systemic Library and online programs, ensuring the digital presence reflects the depth and authenticity of Tiziano's teachings.
  • Visionary Alignment: Act as the bridge between Tiziano's creative, spiritual, and teaching flow and the organisational systems that bring his work to life.

About You
  • You are a strategic thinker who thrives on purpose-driven leadership.
  • You have executive experience in business management, operations, or non-profit leadership, ideally in wellness, education, or transformational industries.
  • You possess a minimum of 5-7 years of executive-level experience in senior leadership roles.
  • You bring financial acumen and an understanding of scaling conscious or creative enterprises.
  • You are emotionally intelligent, grounded, and capable of leading with empathy and clarity.
  • You are digitally fluent, with an appreciation for how technology can connect global communities in meaningful ways.
  • You speak another European language
  • You are deeply aligned with the values of inner growth, integrity, and service.
