Driva is on a mission to deliver a fully automated and seamless end-to-end borrowing experience, making finance trusted and effortless. Driva now operates across Australia and New Zealand - and is launching in the UK in September. We currently spend ~A$300k per month across platforms, and have had ~1.3m unique customers use our product. Driva ranked 22nd on LinkedIn's top startup list, and has grown at ~192% CAGR since launching in 2019.

We're looking for someone to efficiently scale us to 7 figures of monthly spend in the next 12-18 months. The Head of Growth is responsible for all forms of new customer acquisition and partnership marketing. This includes (but is not limited to) the execution of performance marketing strategies, budgeting, conversion rate optimisation and creative strategy.

What you will do

  • Lead our Growth function including all creative strategy and media buying.
  • Manage and optimise ad budgets across various platforms to ensure efficient spend and acceptable ROI.
  • Develop and iterate on creative strategy to enhance performance marketing efforts with in-house and external creative teams.
  • Lead CRO strategy for growth to optimise top of funnel acquisition.
  • Analyse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead our attribution strategy. Have an understanding of different attribution models, media mix modelling and incrementality testing.
  • Run experiments across other key growth pillars (e.g. affiliate, brand, organic social) to help grow new customer volume across AU/NZ and the UK.
  • For the right candidate, there's also scope to execute product-led growth, leveraging engineering and lifecycle teams to scale re-engagement revenue

What we are looking for in this hire

  • Proven performance marketing expertise
    – directly managed 7-figure monthly budgets across multiple channels, with a conversion focussed lens.
  • Deep attribution knowledge
    – confident in how MMM, last-touch, and incrementality testing work together to inform decision-making.
  • Creative strategy expertise
    – expertise leading a creative function to scale output and creative diversity across a variety of performance assets.
  • Startup growth experience
    – hands-on in scaling revenue across significant milestones.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
    – comfortable diving into platforms, adapting quickly, and staying ahead in performance marketing's evolving AI-driven landscape.
  • Strong data fluency
    – adept at manipulating data, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver growth-focused technical solutions, and have an understanding of server-side tracking.
