Key Skills

As an experienced consultant, you're the data visionary, designing systems and architectures that make data work smarter.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end solution design across cloud data platforms, with a strong focus on Databricks
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data systems tailored to client needs
• Build and optimise data pipelines using Spark and Delta Lake within the Databricks ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across delivery teams
• Engage directly with clients to guide strategy, roadmap, and implementation

What you will bring:

• Deep expertise in Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions
• Strong consulting background with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and/or Databricks
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and data governance frameworks is definitely a plus
• Experience in solution design, work breakdown structures and estimation for team-based engagements
• Experience leading technical teams to successful outcomes
• Deep knowledge and experience of data modelling techniques (Inmon, Data Vault, Kimball)
• Deep knowledge and experience of the data lifecycle, data management & governance, data platform architectures, etc.
• Deep knowledge and experience of Databricks data pipeline & data platform optimisation techniques
